University Arts Centre

As the cradle of university culture and art, the University Art Centre (UAC) endeavours to enrich the campus community and engage students in interesting, inspirational and in-depth experience of culture and art through educational programmes and projects. For its enduring commitment to art education and the desire to encourage students to stay enthusiastic in culture and art, UAC will lead a diverse range of high-quality projects.

  • Leading a diverse range of high-quality projects including Artist-in-Residence project, Meeting Intellectuals in the Spring Hills Lecture Series project, University Annual Concert and Sparkle Music Festival.
  • In charge of the management of Student Chorus, Student Orchestra and Student Chinese Orchestra, etc.
  • Running the venue operation and management of TC101 Exhibition Hall as well as the Auditorium and the Concert Hall to be open in the near future inside the Run Run Shaw International Conference Centre.
  • Offering non-credit bearing short courses as well as assist the School of Humanities and Social Science in offering credit bearing courses in culture and art.

*The University Art Centre (UAC) was established on January 1, 2019. UAC took the place of the previous University Planning and Coordination Office (UPCO) which was dissolved on the same day.
