From April 19th to 20th, Jocelyn brought three unique audio healing workshops for teachers, students and their families.

During the workshops, participants not only learned about preliminary audio healing but also gained hands-on experience using various audio healing instruments, including tuning forks and chanting bowls.

In addition, Jocelyn also conducted an audio meditation session to induce relaxation of the mind and body, assisting everyone in discovering their unique body frequency and resonating their entire being through this frequency. Participants achieved a state of physical and mental harmony, experiencing the captivating effects of audio healing on the mind.

From April 22nd to 24th, Ms. Liao Shuyi conducted healing workshops focused on the body, allowing participants to engage in a profound dialogue with their own bodies through sensory awareness.

During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to relax their bodies, move freely while being attuned to their body sensations and engage in communication with their own bodies. Simultaneously, they also interacted with other participants who were actively involved in the activity.

Under the guidance of Ms. Liao Shuyi, everyone gradually deepened their awareness of their own bodies and eventually entered a state of gentle relaxation, leading to a state of "flow" in their minds.

From May 6th to May 8th, renowned German Chinese musician Ms. XU Fengxia, specializing in playing the sanxian, guzheng, guqin and vocal performances in both classical and avant-garde ethnic music, presented three sessions of improvisational music healing journeys.

In her view, the method of "listening, allowing, merging, and blending" is employed in improvisational music creation, harnessing the talents of each participant. It may seem to be without a score, but there is a score within the heart, achieving a spirit of collaboration where "you in me, and me in you" is realised.

Ms. XU Fengxia invited the participants to perform together on their respective instruments. The sanxian, guzheng, flute, and vocals created a harmonious and enchanting symphony. The strings resonated like the wind, the tones were melodic and rhythmic, touching the heartstrings of the listeners. The combination of traditional Chinese instruments and vocals formed a unique healing sound, as everyone collectively wove a unified and boundless symphony of sound and imagery.

Energy Field

"Energy Field" Art Therapy Workshop, hosted by the University Arts Centre, is a brand new series of activities aims at providing healing for the gathered souls through campus experiments. Here, there are no language limitations. Through interactions and communication with artists and intimate connections with the own senses, participants can express and discover their "heart's desires" in their own preferred ways (observation, listening, speaking, smelling, body sensations). We hope this "healing journey" will nourish the participants' souls and continue to radiate energy even after returning to their own domains. Come to the "Energy Field" and seek "heart's desires”.
